Agreement
By using our site and services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We may update this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We offer a variety of lawn care and landscaping services including:

Lawn Maintenance Frequency

Weekly Service: Recommended for clients who want their lawn looking pristine and freshly cut at all times. Weekly mowing helps maintain a consistently neat appearance and reduces the chance of clumping or visible grass clippings.

Bi-Weekly Service (Every Other Week): Bi-weekly mowing is a good option for clients who want basic lawn upkeep and are comfortable with sometimes having a a less manicured look. Please note that with bi-weekly service, there is a higher chance of clumping or visible clippings/debris. This is due to natural factors such as varying rainfall, temperature, sun and the growth rate of your specific grass type. Sometimes grass grows faster, sometimes slower, and when the grass grows longer grass can cause more noticeable clippings when cut.

By choosing bi-weekly service, clients acknowledge and accept this trade-off: the lawn will be maintained, but it may not always appear perfectly manicured like with weekly service.

Payment Terms

Maintenance Services Billing: Recurring maintenance services are billed on a subscription basis. Charges are processed on the Sunday of any week a service is scheduled. If no service is scheduled for that week, no charge will be made.

Example: If your service is scheduled for Thursday (every other week), payment will automatically process on the Sunday of each scheduled week, and you will receive a receipt.

Deposit for New Clients: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service price is required upfront to secure your spot on our schedule (and pay for materials when we require material). This protects our team from last-minute cancellations, ensures we are compensated for our time, and guarantees your reserved service slot.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Apple Pay, CashApp, debit cards, credit cards, and ACH transfers.

Late Payments: If payment is more than 1 week overdue, a $30 late fee will be applied. If payment becomes 2 weeks overdue, an additional $30 late fee will be charged, and the card on file will be billed automatically for the outstanding balance

Client Responsibilities
Ensure the service area is accessible. Ensure the service area is free of obstacles to avoid them being overlooked and possibly shredded. Secure pets and ensure children are kept away from the work area for safety purposes.

Property Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any damage caused by our team will be assessed and addressed promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us as soon as possible, and we will address the issue promptly.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform services and postponement due to causes beyond our control, including weather or natural disasters. In terms of lawn mowing, if it’s too wet, we will push your scheduled day a day back to prevent any damage to your lawn.

Promotional Use of Client Information
We may use photos of your lawn/landscape for promotional purposes unless directed not to.
