Pay

Starting Pay

$16–18/hr

Depending on experience

Raises

Based on reliability, attitude, initiative, and the value you bring to the team. The more value you bring, the more pay.

Team Lead

$20–25/hr

Higher base pay + more responsibility

What You'll Do

Team Member

  • Mowing, string-trimming, edging, blowing
  • Bush trimming
  • Mulch & pine straw installs
  • Follow playbooks and walkthrough videos to ensure quality

Team Lead

Everything a team member does, plus:

  • Lead jobs independently
  • Drive company vehicle and trailer
  • Work with and manage team members on-site
  • Communicate with clients and the office

We promote from within. Team leads start as team members who prove they can be counted on.

  • Valid driver's license
  • FULLY drug-free. Zero nicotine. Zero exceptions. Pre-employment + random + post-incident testing. Smoke, vape, dip, or get high? Don't bother applying. We hire health-focused people who keep their bodies sharp.

Can You Do This Job?

This role is primarily Monday–Friday.

Saturdays are required when we fall behind due to rain or schedule delays.

Be honest — we're asking so we can set you up for success, not to disqualify you.

No smoking, vaping, dip, or any drug use. We test pre-employment, randomly, and after any incident. Failed tests = immediate dismissal. Lying here will get you caught at the test — don't waste your time. Are you willing and able to commit to this?
